Pay Grade: 11

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Job Summary

As an Assistant Hospitality Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day food service operations of a medium to large volume location. Responsibilities include managing and leading a team of associates, talent development, managing client relationships, profitability, and supporting financial goals in an assigned area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with the Chef and management team to create nutritious, high-quality food.


• Implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.


• Maintain excellent relationships with clients.


• Manage, train, and develop associates.


• Manage the catering process from booking to billing.


• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Front of the House.


• Develop marketing materials with the marketing team.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of food service management experience.


• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or related food service operations.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Financial and business acumen skills.


• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


• Associates degree preferred.
