Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Clothing department, setting goals and strategies for success.
• Ensure high standards in customer service, merchandising, and store appearance.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and department product sets.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members to foster growth and retention.
• Collaborate with store management to meet sales targets and operational goals.
• Create a safe environment for customers and staff.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail store leadership experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and merchandising skills.
• Ability to work 45-55 hours per week, including physical demands such as lifting and standing for long periods.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
