What You'll Do:

Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including reconciliations, accruals, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Work closely with the Controller to develop and improve accounting functions and business processes.
Be part of the implementation of a new accounting system and the development of monthly financial management and KPI reporting.
Utilize QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Excel to support financial operations.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate reporting.
What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or at least 7 years of hands-on experience in an accounting environment.
Strong background in accounting, including experience with reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Office.
A self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
