Duration: 06+ Months contract with possible extension as per client’s business needs

Pay Rate: $45 - $53.57/hour on W2 depending on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with a strong background in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, creating test scripts, and working with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), with a preference for PeopleSoft experience. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery and implementation of HR technology projects, focusing on quality assurance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process for HR technology projects, ensuring thorough and effective testing.

Develop detailed test plans and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to clarify requirements and validate test outcomes.

Facilitate UAT sessions, gather feedback, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.

Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HRMS modules and functionalities.

Utilize PeopleSoft HRMS (or other HR systems) for configuring, testing, and troubleshooting issues.

Document test results, defects, and enhancement requests, and follow up on remediation actions.

Provide training and support to end-users for new system features and functionalities.

Participate in project meetings and provide insights and recommendations based on UAT findings.

Stay current with the latest HR technology trends and best practices and leverage this knowledge to improve system processes and user experiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in systems analysis, with a focus on HRMS applications; PeopleSoft experience strongly preferred.

Proven experience leading UAT processes and creating comprehensive test scripts.

Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including payroll, benefits, and employee data management.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with SQL and database management is a plus.
