This is a strategic legal and business-facing role, ideal for a senior attorney with deep experience in complex transactions and real estate finance.
About the Opportunity:
The firm operates across multiple verticals, including real estate development, distressed investing, and capital markets. This position will serve as a critical in-house resource for structuring deals, advising on risk, managing outside counsel, and supporting the company’s growth and investment strategy.
