As the Assistant Manager of Social Media + Content, you’ll be the driving force behind captivating digital narratives that resonate with audiences across platforms. You’ll be at the forefront of trends, crafting engaging content, and fostering authentic connections with a passionate community.
Ready to make your mark in the digital beauty space? In this exciting role, you’ll:

  • Develop and produce eye-catching short-form video content tailored for various social media platforms, aligning seamlessly with brand campaigns and ongoing storytelling initiatives.
  • Showcase your on-camera charisma by filming, editing, and starring in select social content, bringing the brand’s personality to life.
  • Contribute to and maintain the content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging posts.
  • Spearhead social-first shoots and real-world activations, collaborating with creators, photographers, and internal teams to bring your vision to life.
  • Craft compelling and on-brand copy for captions, campaigns, and community interactions.
  • Provide support for daily community management and audience engagement, fostering a vibrant online community.
  • Share valuable social trends, insights, and performance recaps with the broader team.
  • Collaborate with influencer and talent teams to seamlessly integrate creator content into the overall social strategy.

Must-Haves:

  • 2-3 years of social media experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
  • Proven experience creating engaging content for Reels and TikTok, including comfort appearing in short-form videos
  • Foundational editing and design skills using tools like CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and a natural understanding of what resonates with online audiences
  • A strong and authentic writing voice that connects with audiences on a personal level
  • Proactive, organized, and collaborative work style, with the ability to manage multiple projects while adapting to change
  • A genuine passion for skincare, sustainability, and building community both online and in person

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $23.80 to $26.45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
