Responsibilities include enforcing policies fairly and accurately, identifying trends, reporting violations, handling sensitive content professionally and empathetically, collaborating with internal teams to improve moderation processes, utilizing AI-powered tools, analyzing content trends, and supporting crisis management efforts. Candidates should have resilience, strong decision-making skills, a growth mindset, results orientation, cultural sensitivity, adaptability, problem-solving skills, collaboration and communication skills, English proficiency at B2 level, and availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in content moderation or related fields and familiarity with social media platforms and AI moderation tools.
