McKinley Community Services, Inc . **Basic Function** Under the oversight of the department’s designated LPHA, the Crisis Stabilization Team Lead will provide ongoing milieu supervision to staff, lead clinical care coordination meetings, establish crisis counseling curriculum, and maintain a therapeutic culture for participants and families. **Reporting Relationship** Reports to: LPHA overseeing the program. Supervises: Crisis Stabilization Specialists, Counselors, Support Staff, MHPs. **Responsibilities** - Provide clinical oversight of the multidisciplinary team. - Facilitate team meetings, behavior management, and crisis intervention. - Develop crisis and risk management plans. - Collaborate on referral processes. - Develop participant orientation materials. - Educate families about crisis procedures. - Coordinate care management and follow-up. - Maintain records securely. - Develop policies with team. - Enforce safety protocols. - Conduct safety rounds and risk analysis. - Ensure continuity of care. - Travel between sites as needed (25%). **Skills** - Effective communication - Milieu management and behavior intervention - Strategic leadership - Crisis critical thinking - Managerial experience (2-3 years) **Qualifications** - Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field (preferred) - Minimum 2 years in behavioral health crisis intervention - Valid driver’s license and transportation - Bilingual abilities a plus **Skills & Competencies** - Clinical assessment and diagnostics - Leading under pressure - Organizational and communication skills - Interpersonal skills - Culturally competent and trauma-informed care - Proficiency in EHR, MS Word, Excel, crisis documentation - Core values: Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Excellence **Experience** - Experience with co-occurring disorders or forensic populations a plus **Additional Details** - Level: Mid-Senior - Type: Full-time - Industry: Non-profit Organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
