Join our growing Promotions & Events team as an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative and get hands-on experience working with some of the nation’s most recognized brands. No prior experience? No problem! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude — we’ll provide full training.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service at live events, retail pop-ups, and promotional brand activations
Represent top national brands with energy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
Engage with event attendees to answer questions, offer product information, and create memorable brand experiences
Assist with event setup, booth presentation, and teardown
Collect and relay customer feedback to help optimize campaign performance
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and successful event execution
Friendly, outgoing communicator who enjoys working with people
Dependable and punctual, with a flexible schedule (weekends included)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a bonus — but not necessary!
Paid training in customer service, marketing, and sales techniques
