Our ideal Billing Coordinator will be: Organized Knowledgeable about dental billing metrics Trained in dental billing with insurance experience Passionate about patient care and collecting payments for the treatments they receive A true team player eager to join a great group of dental professionals Kind, with a friendly personality and great demeanor Capable of clear and timely communication This position will include, but is not limited to: Managing dental insurance and patient accounts receivable, maintaining a low A/R percentage and achieving a 98% or above practice collections rate Processing and following up on all dental claims promptly Coordinating dental benefits for Delta Dental patients Maintaining dental insurance relationships Posting all dental payments accurately Greeting and communicating with patients in a kind and friendly manner Our dental practice is a sought-after place to work!
