Job Description

We are seeking a creative and motivated Email & Web Designer to join our team. You will collaborate with our Senior Web Designer, Marketing Director, and Omni Channel Marketing Coordinator to create email newsletters and web assets that align with our brand identity and engage our audience.

This is a design role and not a developer role. Strong portfolio to contain relevant email and web design required - please attach or send a link to your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and layout of email newsletters, homepage banners, landing pages, sale banners, social media graphics, etc.
• Create mockups for both web and email assets to communicate design ideas.
• Maintain and update existing website as needed.
• Work with web editing tools like Builder.io to implement site designs - basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Assist in building, scheduling, and analyzing emails using the Klaviyo email platform.
• Keep up to date with design trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Excellent and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow creative direction carefully and meet deadlines.
• 3-5 years of experience in Web Design - work in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus. Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop; experience with Illustrator is a plus.
• Experience working with a content management system (CMS); familiarity with Builder.io is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work and projects.
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Problem solver and self-starter with passion for design who will bring new ideas to projects
• Excellent communication skills.
