Full-Time Housekeeper Needed in Delray Beach, FL ($35–$40/hr, 30+ hrs/week)

Start Date: ASAP | Long-Term Role | No Childcare | Pet-Friendly Home

A warm, welcoming family in Delray Beach, Florida is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time housekeeper to support the upkeep and care of their 5,500 sq. ft. home. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, is highly organized, and enjoys being part of a family environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $35–$40/hour
• Weekly Hours: Guaranteed 30 hours per week, with flexibility for more
• Pay Structure: Open to payroll or cash arrangements
• Benefits Include: 2 weeks paid vacation, 2 paid sick days, 3 paid personal days

Schedule:

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Ideally 9:00 AM–3:00 PM or 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Type: Live-out

Primary Responsibilities:

• Daily floor mopping and full-service laundry
• General cleaning and regular deep cleaning of the home
• Care of high-end items including fine dishes and furnishings
• Home organization and tidiness
• Occasional errands such as dry cleaning and post office runs
• Light outdoor area maintenance and pool care
• House-sitting and deep cleaning for 4–6 weeks during the family's summer travel

Qualifications:

• Good communicator, warm, personable, and trustworthy
• Highly organized and comfortable handling fine household items
• Experienced in maintaining large homes with attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Standard vaccinations required
• CPR/First Aid not required, but appreciated
• Provide 3-5 professional references

• Must have U.S. work authorization
