Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a General Baker Worker to join their team. As a General Baker Worker, you will be part of the production team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Baker Worker

Location: York, PA

Pay Range: $17/hr

Shift: 1st Shift 7am-3pm Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday, 3rd Shift 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday

What's the Job?

• Supply raw materials and move finished products from the production line while keeping accurate counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
• Assist with packaging, processing, and mixing as needed, adapting to daily assignments.
• Provide backup support to various departments including scaling and mixing batches.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Valid certification to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT).
• Ability to work independently and notify supervision of any issues.
