Description:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Job Architecture Specialist to support our global Job Architecture initiatives with a particular focus on the United States. This role will partner closely with Total Rewards, HRIS, and business stakeholders to help define, implement, and optimize job structures and hierarchies within Workday.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with HR and Compensation teams to support the design and implementation of Job Architecture frameworks in Workday.
• Translate business needs into scalable job structures across global regions, with an emphasis on US-specific compliance and practices.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Job Profiles, Job Families, and Job Levels in Workday.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate alignment between Job Architecture, Compensation structures, and HCM processes.
• Assist with data audits, validation, and cleanup related to job structure and hierarchy.
• Support communication, training, and change management activities related to Job Architecture.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience working with Job Architecture in Workday, ideally in a global organization.
• Strong understanding of US compensation practices, job leveling, and FLSA regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and Job Profile management.
• Familiarity with global job frameworks and country-specific considerations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting large-scale Workday implementations or Job Architecture redesign projects.
• Knowledge of global HR practices and organizational design strategies.
• Workday certification (a plus but not required).

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or equivalent education/experience/training
• Specialization in the Workday HR and Compensation modules required
• Some broader domain knowledge and/or training in HR processes and functions desirable
• Experience in a HR Service Delivery model with shared services preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft tools and applications required.

Technical Skills and Abilities:
• Analytical and problem-solving skills required. Attention to detail a must.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• A sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
• An ability to work under significant pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters.
• Able to process complex information and identify solutions that meet both internal and business partner requirements.
• Demonstrate ability to handle ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach.
• Ability to interact with and support all levels of management to support them achieving HR goals/targets.
• Demonstrated ability to use appropriate judgment in knowing when to involve other resources (e.g., escalation) in decisions or actions.
• Knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in a customer service environment are essential.
• Demonstrate ability to disseminate knowledge and techniques. Experience providing feedback to help others understand the rationale of desired outcomes and standards.
