SSLLP SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Singleton Schreiber is excited to offer a dynamic Summer Internship Program for college students eager to gain real-world experience within a fast-paced, mission-driven law firm.

Salary:

$20.00 an hour

DEPARTMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Case Support Team

Join our Case Support team and play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our client files in Filevine. You'll gain hands-on experience with a leading case management system, contribute to quality-assurance audits, and support process improvement initiatives across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Filevine Case Audits: Review client case pages to confirm all required documents (e.g., fee agreements, engagement letters) are present, properly uploaded, and complete.
• Data Integrity Checks: Verify that information contained in fee agreements matches corresponding fields on the case page (e.g., client names, matter details, fees).
• Corrections & Revisions: Update case pages with missing or corrected data identified during audits, ensuring consistency and compliance with firm standards.
• Workflow Support: Assist with drafting, reviewing, and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to document management and data entry.

Eligibility & Hiring Criteria

To be considered for the Summer Internship Program, applicants must:

• Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or associate's degree program
• Plan to return to school in Fall 2025
• Demonstrate:
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Basic computer literacy.

Program Timing & Duration

• Length: 8 to 10 weeks
• Program Dates: June- August (flexible based on school schedules)
• Location: San Diego, CA (hybrid or in-person depending on department needs)
• Hours: 20-40 hours/week depending on availability and department needs
