Summary

About The Role

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage Production, HSE (Safety), Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Science & Technology activities.
2. Lead the site leadership team, monitor performance, and drive collaboration across functions.
3. Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and other regulations.
4. Coordinate planning to meet manufacturing objectives efficiently.
5. Develop processes and procedures, including variances for site-specific needs.
6. Establish production and quality standards and controls.
7. Communicate and execute the site strategic plan.
8. Provide leadership, mentorship, and development to site employees.
9. Ensure compliance during site meetings and foster a respectful, supportive work environment.

Essential Requirements:

• BSc in chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years in leadership roles, including sterile manufacturing.
• Strategic thinking and enterprise focus.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate outcomes effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of cGMPs.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills and leadership ability.

Desirable: Training or education in radiochemistry or radiopharmaceuticals.
