Key responsibilities for the CEO include strategic thinking, expertise in AI and cybersecurity, and a solid understanding of commercial lending. The ideal candidate will be a fair, respectful leader who listens well, integrates easily into the community, and works closely with the management team to achieve shared success. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred, along with a minimum of 10 years of senior management experience that includes cross-functional leadership and a background in working with auditors and regulators. The role demands a leader who can inspire and guide the organization through its next chapter, with a strong commitment to the values and mission of the company.
