About The Team The Principal Financial Consultant is part of the Professional Services Healthcare Industry team, dedicated to delivering value through financial solutions tailored to healthcare challenges. About The Role You will ensure the successful implementation of Workday's financial solutions for healthcare clients, collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional results. Your expertise will guide customer engagements, aligning solutions with their needs. Key Responsibilities Maintain healthcare industry standards and incorporate new trends. Develop tailored Workday financial solutions for clients. Demonstrate configurations and support testing. Share product and industry knowledge through training. Partner with project managers to ensure project success. Participate in customer discovery sessions. Mentor team members. Drive innovation with healthcare leadership. About You Basic Qualifications: Principal Functional Consultant (P5) 7+ years of experience in Workday Financial Management implementation or functions. 7+ years of consulting experience. Experience with General Ledger and related modules. Basic Qualifications: Sr Principal Functional Consultant (P6) 9+ years of experience in Workday Financial Management or functions. 9+ years of consulting experience. Experience with General Ledger and related modules. Other Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance or Accounting. Extensive healthcare financial consulting or operational experience. Knowledge of Financial Management systems like Lawson, Oracle, or PeopleSoft. Experience architecting Workday FDM and FIN solutions. Ability to transform Chart of Accounts. Strong communication skills across all levels. Customer service passion and project management skills. Quick learner of new technologies. Experience with multiple financial applications. Capacity to manage multiple projects. Deep product knowledge and industry awareness. Solution design and strategic consulting skills. Ability to travel up to 50%. Additional Details Application deadline: 05/31/25. Salary ranges vary by location, with comprehensive benefits.
