Job Title: Product Manager, Provider Experience Wonderschool is building an AI-powered operating system for childcare providers — enabling them to grow profitable businesses, increase their income, and reduce operational complexity. As Product Manager for Provider Experience, you will own the full provider journey: onboarding, business coaching, income optimization, and retention. Responsibilities include: Leading the development of tools that help providers increase net income by 30% shortly after joining, and 5% annually through AI-powered systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and acting as the internal expert on provider economics, business tooling, and engagement. Building and iterating on core products to improve provider outcomes and satisfaction. Qualifications: Deep experience with business operations, ideally in private equity, asset management, or hands-on P&L work. Strong product instincts with a history of building tools that influence behavior and revenue. Technical fluency or experience as a software engineer. Proven ability to ship 0→1 products quickly and iterate based on user feedback. Experience with LLMs and AI workflows (prompting, automation, feedback loops). Comfort working across functions (ops, support, growth) to drive impact. Highly analytical skills to model impact, prioritize, and track usage. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, in-person environment in San Francisco 3-5 days/week. Success Metrics: Significant income increases for providers due to your tools. Steady growth in weekly usage of business tools and AI features. Rapid shipping, fixing flows, and improving provider retention and satisfaction.
