Position: Quality Assurance Coordinator

Location: Houston, TX

Reporting to: Global Quality Assurance Team Leader

Position Summary:

The Quality Assurance Coordinator supports and administers the approval and oversight process for the organization’s global network of training centers. The role involves scheduling visits, maintaining compliance documentation, managing budgets, and serving as a key point of contact for operational and administrative QA tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support training provider approvals and site visits
• Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure ISO 9001 compliance
• Monitor and manage budget forecasts for QA-related activities
• Organize regional and industry forums
• Administer invoicing, travel logistics, and consultant scheduling
• Act as the primary contact for provider operational queries
• Assist with the rollout of systems and process improvements
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems, including HUB
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
• Occasionally support strategic partnerships and other departments as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; administrative or quality assurance experience preferred
• Solid MS Office and IT systems proficiency
• Knowledge of QMS and ISO standards desirable
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail with budget and expense tracking experience
• Team-oriented and self-directed, with the ability to manage priorities independently

Additional Information:

• Occasional U.S. and international travel may be required
• Position does not have direct reports
• Hybrid work may be considered; role is based in Houston
