Title: REMOTE Pharmacist (Work from Home) Location: Remote (Must Reside and Be Licensed in the State Listed on Resume) Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract About the Role: We are seeking a Retail Pharmacist supporting Medicare Part D members and healthcare providers. In this remote, safety-sensitive role , you'll handle prior authorization reviews, provider communications, and medication decisioning to ensure timely and compliant pharmacy benefit resolutions. Key Responsibilities: Support Medicare Part D cases through accurate and timely documentation. Review clinical data and adjudicate pharmacy benefit requests. Communicate with prescribers to collect missing or clarifying information. Ensure decisions meet compendia, Medicare guidelines, and internal policy. Maintain accuracy while navigating multiple systems and documentation tools. May be required to place outbound calls when additional data is needed. Training & Work Schedule: Training Schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST (8 weeks, no time off allowed). Post-Training Work Hours: 8-hour shifts between 7 AM-8 PM EST, including a weekend rotation (Sat/Sun 7 AM-4:30 PM EST). This role is fully remote.
