School Nutrition Administrative Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED required with three to five years of school nutrition management experience, or a bookkeeping certificate with related experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the requested knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills and able to work effective with a wide range of people.
• Strong computer skills especially excel.
• Demonstrated ability in handling confidential matter in an ethical manner.
• Willingness to take direction.
• Ability to work both independently as a team member.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule.
• Ability to use independent judgement in routine and non-routine situations.
• Valid Tennessee driver's license.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses strong verbal, written, and technical skills.
• Meets all health, physical and background check requirements.
