SENIOR DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT

Location: Midvale, UT

Reports to: SVP of Product

Compensation: $180 - $220K + bonus

Your Role:

You will guide the strategy and execution of our core products – the foundation of our brand and revenue. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead cross- functional teams across Product Management, Engineer, and Design to deliver innovative, high-volume consumer tech products that drive business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the product roadmap for core product lines, including new products launches and cost-saving initiatives
• Oversee on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery of all products within the category
• Lead full product planning and execution – from requirements and financial modeling to market analysis, positioning, and cross-functional coordination
• Lead cross-functional execution – from concept and requirements to delivery and market launch
• Drive operational excellence in project management, lifecycle planning, and supplier engagement
• Collaborate across teams to align product strategy with business goals and market needs
• Coach and mentor team members to support a high-performance culture
• Identify new opportunities for product innovation and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years in product management or development in consumer products – consumer electronics experience preferred
• 5+ years in senior leadership with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong track records in roadmap ownership, project execution, and stakeholder alignment
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field – Mater’s preferred
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with an ability to build and guide teams
• Strong project management background with success leading initiatives from concept to launch
• Experience working with international teams for development and manufacturing
• Ability to travel up to 30%
