Base Annual Salary: $90K - $120K based on experience Location: Office – Irvine, CA Center Street Lending is a private lender focused on servicing real estate investors across the United States. Some of the many great benefits and opportunities at Center Street Lending are: Comprehensive benefits plan Company events in and around the Irvine California area A growth-minded culture Position Summary: As a Staff Appraiser for Center Street Lending, you will be working with the Appraisal Manager and will do desktop appraisals, appraisal reviews and risk analysis on assets. Key Responsibilities: # Create desktop appraisals for internal valuations (as-is and after-repaired values) for value-add projects # Gather and analyze data on comparable properties, market trends, and relevant economic factors to determine fair market value # Review appraisals from AMCs for correct data and values # Perform risk analysis on appraisals and verify values are within guidelines # Research property history, including title, tax, and zoning records # Must be detailed oriented and extremely organized # Collaborate with Loan Officers, Loan Processors and Underwriting when necessary # Identify and resolve any roadblocks to getting appraisals completed or reviewed on time The Ideal Candidate will have/be: Strong Organizational Skills: Demonstrates proficiency in organizing tasks and prioritizing responsibilities efficiently. Experience and Qualifications: Must have a current certified or higher appraiser license in the state of California Experience appraising fix’n flip, ground-up construction, and land highly desirable Microsoft Excel and Outlook proficiency Experience with Encompass and Redbell/Homegenius a plus but not necessary Benefits: Paid time off/401k plan/Company Events Health insurance/Dental Insurance/Vision
