You’ll teach babies, kids, and adults (starting as young as 3 months old!) how to swim safely while having an absolute blast. You’ll:

• Teach life-saving swim lessons using our proven British Swim School methods.
• Work closely with our amazing Aquatics Manager and Owners.
• Be paid to swim—literally!
• Keep certifications current (we’ll guide you through it!).
• Share your energy, creativity, and love for kids in every class.

Who We’re Looking For: You LOVE working with kids and making a difference! You’re comfortable in the water (even if you’re not Michael Phelps ). You bring positive vibes, high energy, and a big smile! You’re available weekday afternoons and weekend mornings. You either have a high school diploma—or you’re on your way there! Bonus points if you have:

• ️ Experience working with kids or in customer service.
• ️ Swim team or lifeguarding background.
• ️ CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to get them).

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach. We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool.
