What Youll Do
Regional Go-to-Market Leadership
Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Americas, aligning with global product marketing and regional commercial teams.
Localize global value propositions and messaging to resonate with diverse consumer segments across the region.
Lead product launches, campaigns, and lifecycle marketing initiatives tailored to regional market dynamics.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Conduct deep market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive threats across the Americas.
Translate insights into actionable strategies that inform product positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with global product management, regional sales, digital marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive execution.
Serve as the voice of the Americas in global forums, advocating for regional needs and opportunities.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and grow a high-performing team of product marketers across the Americas.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
Mentor team members to develop strategic thinking, storytelling, and executional excellence.
Performance Optimization
Define and track KPIs to measure product adoption, campaign effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
What You Bring
810+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a regional or global leadership role.
Proven success in launching and scaling consumer products in the Americas.
Strong understanding of digital health, connected devices, or consumer technology markets.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading and developing diverse, distributed teams.
Bachelors degree in Marketing , Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese) a plus.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidates geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $ 175,000.00 - $219,000.00 USD
