Overview:

A well-established, employee-owned environmental consulting firm is seeking a Mid to Senior Environmental Manager with strong experience in groundwater and surface water management, landfill monitoring, and environmental compliance. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for someone ready to manage client relationships, guide technical teams, and drive project execution across a diverse environmental portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead groundwater and surface water assessment and remediation projects
• Manage clients, teams, budgets, and timelines with a focus on high-quality delivery
• Prepare technical reports, site assessments, monitoring summaries, and remediation plans
• Support business development through client engagement and proposal contributions
• Serve as a mentor and technical resource to internal staff

Ideal Background:

• Degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in environmental consulting or hydrogeology
• Hands-on experience with landfill groundwater monitoring and sampling strongly preferred
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Professional Geologist (PG) or equivalent certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
