A leading global investment firm is actively seeking a Property Coordinator to oversee a commercial portfolio in Los Angeles.

Your new role

  • Prepare financial statements, operating and leasing metrics.
  • Manage vendors in a timely and reliable manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies for assigned properties.
  • Maintain relationships with tenants to preserve the highest level of tenant satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 2 years of Commercial Property Management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with institutional financial reporting requirements and CAM.
  • Experience with Yardi, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
